Dear @bayanaa ,
I hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot—it’s very helpful in understanding your requirement.Regarding your question type setup, please note that the checkbox you mentioned is referred to as the Accept Question Type in QSM. This question type is commonly used to add mandatory acknowledgments or conditions (such as confirmations or policy acceptance) that users must agree to before proceeding with the quiz.
You can learn more about when and how to use this question type by referring to the documentation below:
https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/question-types/qsm-accept/As for the grid and checkbox layout, based on the screenshot you shared, the Radio Grid question type appears to be added correctly. I recommend reviewing the frontend display to confirm it appears as expected for users.
If your question text is something like “My organization restricts accepting gifts”, could you please confirm:
- The exact question text
- The rows and columns you would like to include in the grid
Once I have these details, I can guide you precisely and share an example of how the question should be configured visually.
You may also find the following documentation helpful for understanding how the Radio Grid question type works:
https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/question-types/qsm-radio-grid/Please feel free to reach out if you need any further clarification—I’ll be happy to assist you through each step.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] makes whole website slowerHi @puvoxsoftware ,
I hope you had a great weekend.
Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing performance issues with the responsive menu. I understand how concerning site speed issues can be, especially when they affect navigation.
In many cases, this type of slowdown can be caused by a conflict between the responsive menu and another active plugin, or by caching/minification features interfering with menu scripts.
To help us investigate this further, could you please share:
- The website URL where the issue can be observed (only if you’re comfortable sharing it publicly), and
- The specific page where the responsive menu appears to be slow.
As a temporary troubleshooting step, you may also try disabling any caching or optimization plugins and then rechecking the menu behavior. This can help determine whether caching is contributing to the issue.
Once we have these details, we’ll be able to inspect the behavior more closely and identify the root cause of the slowdown.
Thank you for your time and cooperation. I look forward to your update.
Warm regards

DhanushDear @baykanun,
I hope you’re doing well. Based on my understanding, you want users who complete Test 1 to be redirected directly to Test 2, and the contact form should appear only after Test 2 is completed. If that is correct, here’s how you can set this up:- Show the contact form after Test 2 ends
Go to Contact Form → Options and enable “Show after the quiz ends.”
You can refer to this screenshot for guidance:
https://snipboard.io/M9HRAX.jpg - Redirect users from Test 1 to Test 2
In the Results Page settings of Test 1, use the Redirect URL option and enter the URL of Test 2.
When users finish Test 1, they will be automatically redirected.
Here is the screenshot showing where to add the redirect URL:

If this is not the exact flow you are trying to achieve, please let me know.
You may also share a screen recording of your current setup (no sensitive information), and I’ll be happy to guide you further.Thank you for your patience.
Kind regards,
DhanushDear @babylon1999 ,

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Missing menu hover effectsDear @theclov ,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and I’m sorry to hear that the custom hover animations have stopped working. It’s possible that the recent plugin update may have overwritten some of the custom CSS hooks you previously applied. To ensure this issue does not occur again and to help us understand what changed, could you please record and share a short screencast showing:
- How the custom hover animation was working before the update
- How it behaves now after the update
This will give us a clear reference and help us identify the exact point of impact.
Once we receive the screencast, I will immediately share the findings with our development team so they can investigate the issue further and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Best regards,
Dhanush
