I believe so, if the permissions was not set properly I shouldn’t be able to add new gallery from “Add Gallery/Images”. The issue only happens when I try to create new gallery from “Manage Galleries / Add new gallery”.

if I create the gallery directly from add Gallery/Images it works, but not on Manage Galleries / Add new gallery

I did, but same error.
I am also using Windows server. If I roll back to version 2.0.33 it works.
