3) When i check Enjoy: “No” and i fill the field “Why?”, if i select Enjoy: “Yes” et then “No”, the content à the field “Why” is erased.

There is the same problem in um-filter-fields.php in line 378

Hi Jean-François,
I totally agree with you.
I tried other newsletter plugins or external tools and this one is really easy to configure.
