  • I’m having the same issue. Most exports fail. Kinda makes the plugin useless unfortunately.

    So I don’t know what fixed it on the back end/code part. But it’s the WP Engine plugin that was caching something. So I don’t know how that plugin works.
    I have three environments through WP Engine. Only my production site was having the issue. The other two envs are a direct replica of prod. So that led me to believe that it was something more than WP Engine (the host).
    I started blasting cache at cloudflare and in the WP Engine admin at wpengine.com and that didn’t fix it. Finally I went into the site’s wp-admin and found the plugin on the right, clicked it, then under Dynamic Page & Database Cache Control I hit “Purge All Caches”. That’s what did it.

    Let me know when you’ve got this downloaded and I’ll remove the file. I don’t want this being out there in the internet forever.

    I hope this helps you solve the issue from your end. Purging the cache isn’t a big deal on my side. So if that 100% fixes it that’s something I can live with. 🙏 Thanks!

    Hey there John, we finally got it figured out. There was some caching going on in WP Engine that was causing the plugin not to work. It looks like I will have to purge the cache every so often. Not a big deal since we rely on this plugin so much. Thanks for your hard work and help on this issue.

    No need to apologize. Thank you for the quick response.
    It’s only happening on our production site so uninstalling all our plugins would disrupt business. We have a dev environment and I am able to switch on that site. It’s a replica of production. So I’m trying to find out what is different between the two versions.
    I have cleared all the cookies and logged out and back in to no avail. I did it through the dev console too, so I know they’re gone.

    I do have an advanced-cache.php but when I remove that file I get errors on my page. Can you explain a little bit as to why that causes an issue?

    Thank you so much for your help. Your plugin saves us so much time. I’d like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
