Hi Edward, before going ahead and purchasing, I just wanted to double check. Because you mentioned ” The “primary category” select comes from the Yoast SEO plugin”…

However, it ALSO Comes from post settings, as per my theme, here is a screen shot.

Primary category explained:
In Newspaper theme each post has a Primary category and all the settings from that category will be trasfered to the post. The Primary category will also be used as a category label that appears on the thumbs and the category breadcrumb

Here are the settings that are inherited from the Primary category: Custom sidebars, Sidebar position and Background

How the Primary category is picked

Manually - If you select it from this box, this post will inherit all the settings form the Primary category.
If the post has only one category - that will be the Primary category
If the post has multiple categories and no manual Primary category, the theme will pick the first category from the categories of this post ordered alphabetically

I just wanted to check your plug-in would take care of this?

Thanks Edward for your reply, please forgive me if i understand poorly, but AFAIK i got the slugs correct. However the error maybe more about ‘Primary Category’. Here are some screen shots to help clarify. The categories are being correctly chosen, its just the ‘Primary Category’ which is giving errors, which we use to display on the page, in the article pic
