I have premium downloaded and have logged into my account but do not see a trial serial number and dont see the appropriate box.

Pertaining to this subject, i have upgraded to the trial to setup the multiple zips to multiple URL’s. The settings screen appears to be the same. Is there a particular way you need to format the URL’s and associated Zip codes to get it to work? Attached is what i am trying to achieve.
