The product has 3 variation. the SKU for the product itself under the Inventory Tab is MD_31114.
For the three variations, here are the SKUs: MD_31114_var10, MD_31114_var08, MD_31114_var06.

“If any of your products fail to sync from WooCommerce to TikTok Shop, you will be notified in the TikTok plugin page in WooCommerce. Here you will be able to see the reason why they failed to sync. To resubmit, please make the relevant changes so they can sync successfully. We recommend reaching out to TikTok for WooCommerce plugin support, as they will be better equipped to assist with this issue . Also, please check the SKUs for each variation of the variable products to ensure they are correctly set.”

In reply to: [TikTok] Not working and no supportDefinitely frustrating. I have narrowed down my issue to be related to the variations. I have color and size attributes. The price is dependent only on the size. I confirmed that all the variation combinations have a SKU. Not sure what else I am missing.

In reply to: [TikTok] Not working and no supportBy the way, I was just able to submit a ticket. For the account ID, I used the User ID value for Tiktok Ad Account in the Settings section of the Tiktok Plugin on the WordPress site. Hope this gets you going with at least getting a support ticket in. Let me know if that works.

Do your products have variation or are they simple?
Yeah in my first ticket, they have me info on shopify and closed the ticket. So am not holding my breath on their support.
Unfortunately no. I engaged Tiktok Support and they referred me to one of their knowledgeable base articles which contains nothing about the issue. Just about to throw in the towel and manually add the products.
