I deactivated all the plugins. the same issue. I am using the Elegantthemes Extra theme.
I can provide you access to the site if that would be easier. It’s a dev site not actually live.

I am facing the same issue. None of the sections appear. I have disabled all the plugins but that didn’t make any difference.
I don’t have the Jetpack plugin installed.
I have the free version of the OnePress. Not sure if that makes any difference. Any help will be highly appreciated.
