Hi jaysupport,
I disabled all active plugins except for five start reservations and fsf helper and changed the theme to twenty twenty three and I still wasn’t able to see the cancelled or arrived options.
If I set a booking to closed I hope that means that the guest will no longer receive the reminder e-mails for their cancelled booking? I also assume that setting a booking to closed doesn’t send the cancellation e-mail notification.
Is there anything else I can try to get the arrived and cancelled options ?

Hi Jaysupport,
Thank you for your message but the only options I have within the edit menu on a booking are pending, confirmed, closed. I don’t believe closed is the same as cancelled by I may be mistaken.
