in re-setting up the new backup job, i notice that backWPup excludes itself from the backup job, so it not being in the restore is by design.

I didnt have access to the dashboard so i accessed the files through the cpanel file manager and disabled all the plugins and then i could access the wp-admin YAY!
Then i re-enabled the plugins one at a time and
were the culprit.
however the backup plugin was not there?….
I’m now going to reinstall the backup plugin, do a backup and upgrade everything.
