It didn’t work. I even deleted the plugin, and it’s still the same. No positive results. I’ve also deactivated most of the plugins I have installed, and it still didn’t work. A few months ago I had the same problem, but then, magically, it started working again. Is it because of the wordpress updates?
What else can we do?… I’ll wait.

So I think this is something to commission from a professional developer. Assuming that there is no plugin that facilitates this work.
