Hello. I had the same problem with GoDaddy, I’ve solved it by removing the wp-super-cache folder of the plugins folder, and the super-cache.php and config-cache.php files of the content folder.
After doing this if you go to section plugins you’ll find all plugins disabled and a message that says: “The plugin xxx/xxxx.php has been disabled due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.”, all you have to do is to rewrite all your plugins files by ftp.
