Same Problem here after upating to WP 6.7!
Also mentioned 2 weeks ago: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/wp-6-7-function-_load_textdomain_just_in_time-was-called-incorrectly/
Had to deactivate UpdraftPlus to get the page running ..
