Hei igjen, det har nettopp skjedd igjen med en kunde som prøvde å bestille (ordrenummer 34955). Hennes ordre er blitt registrert som kansellert i Woocommerce hos oss, men betalingen ble reservert gjennom Vipps Checkout og kunden har fått opp en beskjed på skjermen om at betalingen var vellykket. Fint om dere kunne ta en titt på dette.

Jeg har testet litt mer nå og det ser ut som om min nettleser har blokkert cookies, noe som kanskje gjorde at Vipps Checkout ikke fungerte. Det ser ut som om det fungerer når jeg tillater disse cookies i nettleseren. Jeg skal følge litt mer på det imorgen, og si fra om problemet dukker opp igjen. Takk for hjelpen.

Har prøvd det men det har ikke hjulpet dessverre. Kanskje jeg bør slette denne pluginen? Den har ikke funket i det siste uansett…

Takk. Fant loggen fra idag, men klarer ikke å laste opp et skjermbilde her. Er det mulig? Feilen kommer med en gang man går til kassen fra handlekurven. I handlekurven velger man et fraktalternativ og så trykker på “Fortsett til kassen”. Da kommer feilmeldingen opp.
