Hi, meanwhile we could identify the issue: Our site password protection blocked internal functions and that disabling it resolved the problem with the PDF background graphics.

Hi, because we use the free version there are no specific settings. General tab automatic is disabled and URL Fopen is enabled. Logs: storeabill-sync: “An error occurred while syncing a customer with ID 1.”
Where can I post the status report in private?

we had the same issue, deleted the Admin user and updated to UM 2.1.12.
After the update the same user created a new account and changed his role to Editor!What is your suggestion to fix this? We’ll back up the whole site now and update again to the latest version and hope that everything is ok then?

@cebuss Thanks, I found it and already installed it. First note was that the folder name wasn’t correct, so I had to rename it and saw the same version numbers! To check it, I disabled the original version and indeed there’s a multilingual function for the second language and it didn’t overwrite my former settings.

How to handle the updates now? I couldn’t find documentations for the multilingual version. Do I have to update it manually from GitHub later again or do you provide future updates on ww.wp.xz.cn?I really need support for security reasons!

I have an issue and can’t get it started with 2 languages. I read the steps in the docs, but don’t know how to download the “special version” and already installed version 2.1.11, edited e-mail-content etc.
How to avoid any hassle by installing another version and get it started with multi languages?

On the archive page set “change post date to event start date” (Yes) and since then there is no date displayed at all. When changing back to (No) the post date is displayed correctly.
How can I get this fixed? (Latest version 1.1.32 and WordPress 5.3)

I was thinking if we can use your function from above to get only the start date of the customer’s bookings to show in the PDF where now the ‘shipping method’ ($this->shipping_method();) is?
We don’t need the shipping method, because the shop is used for booking requests and to have the start date of the bookings would be great.

I created a custom template and fixed it all with CSS.It worked perfectly, thanks a lot for your great support!!!
Is it possible to echo a lable for the booking period e.g. “Booking period” before the class “wc-booking-summary-list”?

Only a little thing: I get 4 lines per product now:
– product name: perfect!
– booking nr.: not important
– booking period: perfect!
– link to the bookings: not importantIs it possible to reduce the info so that we have only name and period in the PDF?
