This isn’t resolved unfortunately so please re-open. You haven’t heard from me for a while because your “migrate to new Stripe” doesn’t actually work so I now have to re-create the entire booking fields section in the hope that it works once I have update it all!
Sure, heres a link to the form export https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-3IWvIxBE0xLY_rJ0LvyyinEXSymlkzT/view?usp=drive_link
Currently we have version 1.34 installed, when we update to the latest version it asks us to migrate our stripe fields to the latest versions which we do. We successfully test account connections.
Test works fine, Live doesn’t display any payment fields and throws the client_secret error in the console.Yes sorry I had to revert the whole thing to its previous state as the client wasn’t able to take payments. The issue arises when migrating to the latest Stripe forms. I have updated everything and set up a staging environment which can be found at https://staging.tvrepairexpert.com/book-a-visit/
There are js errors in the console as you’ll see. The errors relate to client_secret which as far as I’m aware, aren’t entered in any settings that I can see. When I run through the connecting the stripe account with test and live publishable keys and restricted keys it gives me a success message, so its obviously connecting correctly.
When using Test all of the fields work correctly, as soon as I switch it to live, I see these errors in the console and the payment fields don’t appear.
Appreciate your time and help.Hi
I’m not 100% clear on your explanation on why to be honest because you’ve simply added 3 more characters to the same search query, so not sure how RS1600-40v45F2021 is not part of the word “RS1600” but RS1600-40v45F2021-123 is, however, your code snippet has been a great help, so huge thanks for that :))) Very much appreciated.
No, I have one product, which has the tag “RS1600” in it, as per this image;
https://cdautomation.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/product.jpg
The settings for the AWS search rule is set to %s%(contains), as per this image;
https://cdautomation.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/search-rule.jpg
which states that the “Search query can be inside any part of the product words ( beginning, end, middle )”.
So surely by searching “RS1600-40v45F2021” it should still display the product containing the Tag “RS1600” because it is contained in the search term in the same way that if I were to type “BL” I would expect to see results containing BLack and BLue?

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Class error after using the cartHi
OK, so the issue I was left with was this.
I got the above error when trying to log in to the admin. I couldn’t activate the plug in as it resulted in the same error.
Clearing my whole browsers history, cookies and all would allow me to see the site again, but as soon as I log in, I get the error again.
So, after numerous attempts to get Jigoshops dev team to help (without a shred of joy), I was forced to look into this more. The only way I have managed to solve my issue (and this only helps to resolve my access) is to edit the database.
I located database entries that were _transient_jigo_usercart_2 (please note that the number “2” here could be any number). I deleted these entries from the database and hey presto I could regain complete access into the admin area.
BUT, this doesn’t fix the issue I still have with updating the Basket and the error reappearing.
I understand that Jigoshop are releasing a patch in 1.16.2 to solve this issue but I have asked when this release might be but received no answer from Jigoshop.
Anyway, I hope this goes some way to help you fix your issue.
OH, and ALWAYS BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING 😉

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Class error after using the cartHi, sorry to jump in on an old(ish) post but did this get resolved. I have exactly the same issue but very little help from Jigoshop support.
If you know how this was solved, be very grateful if you could send me some pointers 🙂
