I also notice that the completed transactions in the Sandbox merchant account shows that payments made via the Sandbox buyers have “no address on record”, despite having full addresses in their Sandbox profiles.

Oh, thanks so much for bringing this to my attention! Looks like it might suit my needs.
A couple questions:
• Do you also offer a lifetime license option?
• If I only have one cover image per book, will that still work, and will it display thumbnails below the cover even if there’s only one image? (I suppose I can hide the thumbnails via CSS).
