    Sorry, but it is not resolved…
    I don’t want to modify the code of your plugin, I was wondering if it is possible to call the 2FA service in a custom login. Is there any hooks?

    The problem was solved by waiting for an update of WooCommerce and the PayPal plugin.

    I had already found and tested the link, but with the new version of WooCommerce it doesn’t seem to work unfortunately.

    @fernashes the plugin is “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway” [ https://it.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/ ].

    With Sandbox the notification emails work, not in Production.

    Hi @fernashes ,
    yes, notification emails with other payment methods work correctly, for this reason it seems strange to me. If I’m not wrong, the notification emails work directly in WooCommerce on the change of order status.

    Hi @slash1andy,

    the website is not new.
    I am already using SendGrid.
    With other payment methods the notification email is sent.

    The log error is as follows: “Error during status transition. Invalid order.”
    It is as if this error blocked the sending of the email even if the order status is updated correctly
