Did you resolve?
Edit the following file, /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/active-directory-integration\bulkimport.php
Comment out line 144:
//$ad_password = $this->_decrypt($this->_bulkimport_pwd);
Insert on line 145:
$ad_password = ‘yourpassword’;
The above password is the password you would have entered in the Bulk Import User Password on the Bulk Import tab.
Update. Phone numbers display properly in IE 11.0.9600.18449. I’m running Chrome 53.0.2785.143 m. I’d still like to adjust size of the ensuing table though. 🙂
