I tested submitting a ticket through the actual OS Ticket page and not the page created by wordpress plugin and everything works as expected. Ticket is created, assigned to proper agent, email is sent.
I tried deactivating all the plugins. This did not work. I also tried resetting the plug ins folder by FTP and resetting custom permalinks back to default setting.
The issue has to be something with Windows Server. We first had the site hosted on a Linux and since moved it to Windows. On Linux the search worked just fine.
Can anyone provide some help with this issue? I have a hard deadline I’m trying to meet and this is the only thing preventing the site from going live. Any help is appreciated.
The search does not work with Twenty Eleven. But thanks for the tip on woothemes. I will try their support forum as well as this one.
