If you want to delete it manually:
Make a backup
Disable caching and clear cache (preferably in 3 ways)
Deactivate the plug-in (if possible)
Remove from wp-config.php define (‘WP_CACHE’, true);
Remove from the .htaccess rules added to the #WPSuperCache section
Remove /wp-content/advanced-cache.php and /wp-content/wp-cache-config.php
Remove /wp-content/cache/
Remove /wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/
