I have the same problem and as Marco reports even after updating to 23.9 the problem is still there
As Bob Hollis says “generating a new key to paste into the widget” after “deleting the referrer restriction in the Youtube API v3 developer console” solved the problem fro me too. Thanks Bob!!!
