Shape divider doesn’t have a function to alter the width. One way to work around that is to pre-process your image.
You could either pre-process your image with PhotoShop, or you could do this in with Elementor. First add another section in your page, then insert background image and active shape divider, modify it and take a screenshot and save it. Then go back to your column, insert the screenshot as background.
