I use version 3.8 because I use a theme that does not work with the latest version of WordPress. Thanks for the help.

I eliminate the latest version and reinstall the previous version 5.3.6. And everything works fine again.

From line 104 to 110 looks like this

The login page appears normal , but when I try to log to site the error appears.
