I still think there’s something else because there’s already 670+ entries for the contest and no-one checked the box. I have checked the box using the form from the site and it doesn’t show up in the groups filter.

As expected, the checkbox value did not go through but if you use the short url from MC: http://eepurl.com/7ryDD it will work.

I clicked on Add New Field and the popup doesn’t list a check box option….?

I’m under the Create Forms in MC and the option is Check Boxes. Then it adds Group 1 and one check box. This is what I used for the user to click on agree to subscribe.
Is there another method of doing this?
