ok thanks I see now the “mailchimp subscribe forms premium” is active, unfortunately this means there is an issue elsewhere as when i test the subscribe form it says “processing” then says “error”.
What could cause this after it worked ok for so long?

i meant on the plugins page of my website, it gives the above error when i try to click activate.
