Yes, I’ve been using Redis Object Cache ….which has recently been updated
Disabled that now and all works as expected. Thanks for your help

The revision only runs when I am logged in

No. I submit a revision, then log out manually and the revision doesn’t run
When I log in again the revision runs

To add: WP Crontrol Cron Events does show the revision sat in the queue
