In reply to: Way to block VPN and Proxy that works?I understand nothing’s perfect, but there has to be something that’s not totally useless. After all, since we’re comparing it to a spam filter, my spam filter plugin actually works great 99% of the time.
Is there at least something I can use to block certain words? For the record, I have a person sending me weird gruesome things through my contact form every day from different IP’s, and I prefer not to remove the page completely, for the people who send me a lot of great suggestions.
@wfjoshc I’ve tried to insert an image, but it’s not letting me unless I upload it somewhere else. But, there’s not much to see, it’s just the standard screen on the Blocking page under Firewall settings. Just loads, then stops.
Thanks for responding, @wfjoshc . Nope, I don’t see anything like that. Just the little orange “WordFence is working” loading thing in the lower right, then it just disappears again like nothing happened. No errors displayed.
Oh, also, do you have any suggestions for themes that are less likely to leak usernames?
Ok, thank you. I have a strong generated password and 2FA enabled, so I will continue to monitor and try not to worry too much.
