I’m sorry you weren’t able to get it working. Did you reach out for help? I don’t see a support thread for you here on ww.wp.xz.cn or anywhere else. We’ve love the opportunity to help. Was the 1 star really necessary though? As you can see from the 100,000+ installs and the hundreds of 5 star reviews, the plugin generally works great. It’s likely a conflict in your specific set up that is causing issues. We can definitely look into it for you if you’re willing.

Where is the Popup content? Is it in the theme builder? Because if you built the popup content in a Theme Builder layout, then it will only work in pages/products that are using that Theme Builder layout.
Can you give us more information on where the popup content is built specifically?

Popups For Divi requires the latest Divi Builder experience and is not compatible with the Classic Builder. Elegant Themes doesn’t recommend that version and longer and it products a lot of performance issues when being used on modern websites with up to date plugins and WordPress.

The custom Javascript will likely need to be tweaked to be compatible inside of a popup. It can definitely be done, but will require custom work, which I’m afraid we are unable to provide.

Issues like this are usually caused by caching, and can be easily fixed by clearing all caches, including Divi’s static CSS file cache. If you’re still having issues, please let us know.
