In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Premium not workingHi there, I think you opened a ticket in our forum by mistake. Our plugin (Popups for Divi) is not related to Carousel for Divi. We don’t have any plugins with that name or features.

We are sometimes able to built in compatibility for certain plugin scripts like this, but we typically only do that for our premium customers since it requires development time.

Is there anything that changed on your site directly before it stopped working? For example, did you update WordPress, Divi, or other plugins? Or add any new plugins? I’m wondering if there’s a conflict that is happening that was introduced when you added or updated plugins.

After installing the plugin, you should see an additional tab on any Divi SECTION titled “Popup”, which then will show a toggled labeled “This is a Popup.” Keep in mind, this is only for Divi sections, and there is no popup tab for Divi rows, columns, or modules.
If you’re not seeing this Popup tab for Divi sections with the plugin installed, then there may be some sort of conflict with another plugin. We’re happy to help you investigate further.

Popups for Divi is perfectly safe to use and works great with the latest versions of WordPress and Divi. We have not had an update in 9 months because there hasn’t been a need for it. The free version of the plugin is mature and doesn’t have any active known bugs, so there hasn’t been a need to push an update. With that said, we will likely push an update soon in order to remove the notice you’re seeing.

Make sure to remove any padding and margin from the section, row, and module, and make sure the row is set to 100%. If you’ve done this and it’s still not cooperating, please send a link and we’ll take and see what’s causing the gap.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Doesn’t Work with Existing Pageshi there, that is incorrect. You can absolutely add popups to any existing page, post, etc. The only requirement is that you’re using the Divi builder. You can easily turn any existing Divi section into a popup.
