Hola @yanis705705 encontre esta solucion
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=yith_wapo_panel&tab=debug creé las tablas y ahora funciona.
Tengo el mismo problema, al crear un bloque no hace nada, se queda en el mismo panel del plugin, borre el sitio completamente y lo volvi a instalar y sigue el mismo inconveniente
