Additionally, I use child theme for some minor adjustments to the the7 theme. I don’t know about any caching I could’ve done.

Hi,

sorry for the late response, I was away for a couple of days.

You’re right the wpnonce value is static. I use a premium theme called. The7. And i use the following plugins:

BAW Login/Logout Menu
Contact form 7
Duplicate plugin
Events manager *surprise*
Page Links To
Resize Image After Upload
Wordpress SEO
WP Fullcalendar
WP Google maps
WP Slimstat

However, disabling them all except EM and going back to the standard TwentyFourteen/Thirteen/Twelve doesn’t seem to fix it either.

Should I try resetting EM? Is that possible without losing any information, like recurring events and custom styling?

Hi,

As far as I know everything worked as planned. Then some time went by (3 months or so) and my clients told me it stopped working. I’m sorry but I really don’t know what could’ve happened in between that might have caused it.

Is there any way I can transfer the JS mechanism from the /events page to the /my-reservations page? I’m somewhat familiar with PHP so maybe I can work it out that way?

Hi,

I did have ‘Manage bookings page’ pointing to the same page as ‘My bookings’. Unfortunately, changing ‘Manage bookings page’ to [NONE] did not fix the problem. I have it on [NONE] now though.

Could there be another reason as for why the problem persists?

Hi,

Yes users are able to cancel their bookings according to this option.

I just found out that user are able to cancel their events using the /events page.

For this site, that can be found here (look for: Reservering annuleren = cancel reservation).

I hope you can shed some light on this.

Goedgekeurd = Approved,
Annuleren = Cancel

I’ve tried what you said but unfortunately that didnt solve the problem.

Hi,

thank you for your response.

I did as you told me to but unfortunately that did not fix or change the problem. Can it still be a jQuery conflict? Or is it likely to be something else.
