It is now working on default wp-admin login page. However, it is still causing a problem on login from my-account.

Still appears to be an issue in Version 3.19.1. I checked my twilio sms logs and do not see any reminders for over a year now. The booking sms message is going out fine but the 24 hour reminder is not. Please advise. Thanks!
