Happens constantly. I’ve been using it on my site for about a month now…goes down almost every day.
I understand you may need to do updates and maintenance periodically – but it seems to me that, since this isn’t a self-hosted chat solution, you should have backup servers or some sort of contingency plan for when things inevitably need updating or fixing.
I’m having the same issue with Internet Explorer 8 (Windows XP – my backup machine).
