Just went through each plugin one at a time and I found the culprit…it was the:
Popular Posts Tabbed Widget for Jetpack
Not sure why it was blocking tags/categories but at least I found the problem…thanks for your suggestions and the fast response!

Yes the tags on the link you provided has all the tags for my Cathedrals music review and it should be for the Anders review instead!

Yes all the tags/categories are all wrong ever since I changed to this theme…all the old posts and the new ones…
If I go into each post where I created them, the tags/categories are the same as always…the categories above the title seem to be fine though.
