Thanks for your response. I’ve done that but they still do not appear. I’ve enabled/ disabled/removed other controls and they all work except for the arrows. Are you able to help, please?

Hi David,

The issue I ran into was stupid simple and maybe you’re having the same problem. Are you selecting any galleries (visible with a blue check) when creating an album?

I was missing this step and it’s working for me now.

Hi Brad,

Thanks – I didn’t notice that. As I test the gallery you’ve posted I get this issue:

Each time the gallery is clicked, the web address grows like this:

http://www.rnyc.nf.ca/club-photos/gallery/club-photos/gallery/club-photos/gallery/club-photos/gallery/club-photos/

What’s happening here? Something from when I was adjusting the permalinks?

Hi Brad,

I’ll create a user for you now. We’re using a custom built template (which may be the issue) and there’s likely over 40 galleries in there. I don’t think it’s the number of galleries though since it failed when I had only 1 and 2 in there as well (as tests).

That’s the thing – I do have an album added on the page, but it’s not showing up live. Here’s the snippet of code I am using in the text editor.

[foogallery-album id="2335"]

Got a great photo or photos share? You can upload up to 10 images using the tool below. <em>Please note, all images must be under 2000 x 2000 pixels prior to submission.</em>

[user-submitted-posts]
```
I can display galleries no problem, but the album fails. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
