the issue is inside the blue text. The quote WAS accepted and all correct and according emails are sent to the users. only issue is .js blue box doesn’t state right prompt.
are we able to reopen this thread? i’m sorry for the delay i must have missed the email notifications
permalinks were updated to %postname and I’m using two different email/user and devices to check customer functionality.

-easy access links is turned on
-business recieves an email stating quote was accepted and Customer is able to see accepted quote in their client portal.
the only issues is the blue js. Box that states “quote can not be accepted at this time” that fades in when quotes are accepted. All other functions are operational.
