I hadn’t been properly clicking the “Add” button in the “Map Markers” metabox…
Well, after much time wasted, at least it’s fixed.

I took your advice and contacted tech support for my site – and they said that some freak file ended up taking up a huge amount of space on the database – nothing on my end. But thank you for your quick reply and help – it ended being sorted out a lot easier and quicker than I had expected!!Thanks!!
