thanks for you reply. I am not 100% sure what do you suggest me to do, should I use Yoast Test Helper plugin and follow the reset as described here https://yoast.com/help/how-to-reset-yoast-indexables/ ?
In the meantime, I have deactivated Yoast and since that moment there are no permalink errors, so I believe that it is verified to be caused by your plugin, which I like anyway – so finding the permanent solution will be great.

thanks for your comment. I was not aware of running SEO data optimization. So, I have done it just now based on your message and it CAUSED THE ERROR which I am talking about. I have checked the page right before and it was ok, after running the optimization, it was not there. Then I saved the permalinks and it was ok again. Do you have any idea how make it running without interruptions?

I am now facing exactly the same issue. I am running website in two languages EN and CZ, every 1-2 days the EN pages permalinks break, but the CZ pages permalinks are ok. I have Polylang for translations, but slug is not translated by the plugin. Everytime I just save (flush) the permalinks and it is repaired, but same as @benhamdam I am not checking every hour…
I did Theme upgrade in April, few weeks after that the permalink issue started. The theme supplier says that the theme does nothing with permalinks…
Have any solution been found for this in the meantime?
