Hi,

I noticed that the tags are commented only by using Microsoft Edge, while using Mozilla Safari and Chrome there are not commented and the loading bar appears.
Maybe is a compatibility issues.
By using a mobile device the problem persists also with Chrome and Mozilla.

I could not find any option in the optimization package that could be related.Here Below the configuration (the package is WP Fastest Cache)
