And also for correct operation, the location must be selected and the menu items must be filled in the main control panel section – Appearance – Menus
This menu works like this, in the PC version it is a drop down menu, and in the mobile version it is a burger.
You cannot enable the burger separately 🙂

Burger Menu is activated automatically when the screen size is small
For the top menu it is 700px
For the main menu (mega menu) it is 860px
Please note that if you simply change the window size in the browser, the burger will not appear, you need to reload the page.
This is done specifically to save speed, so that the mobile menu does not load constantly, but only on small screens.If the burger doesn’t appear after reloading the page, or you have another situation, please give us more information so we can figure out what’s going on. Best regards, Di.
