You need to update the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder is 6.2.0.
Right now you are using a old version of WPBakery Page Builder is 4.12.1
The reason it might be that you update the latest version of wordpress platform and certain of your plugins might not be compatible with latest version of wordpress platform which can affect the website.
Just contact the theme that you brought from which is:

The theme you brought contain: WPBakery Page Builder. They should help out with your issue.

What kind of editor you are using?
Gutenberg Editor or the original version (the old editor)?
If you are not using Gutenberg Editor then try this:

Are you using the free version or paid version for your gallery:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/foobox-image-lightbox/
If free you can post it on their support forum and if it’s paid I would email them
