Yes there is, but I’m concerned about anyone using ZA or perhaps a similar firewall. Odd that I can view images on other WP blogs, so I’m wondering . . .

hi, thanks for your letters and info. I realized, as the fried haze of setup wore off that as ShelbyYY mentioned, I’d actually only posted to the blog within one day. Checked another WP blog and yes, dating is only once each 24 hr. period. Shoulda caught that . . .
The <?php the_time() ?> trick worked perfectly, thanks ohdear, very cool. I applied “j M, g a” [month date hour am/pm] to the time field and removed all inputs from the date field. Nice: does what I want now. phew.
