In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] False Positive Broken LinksHi Nithin,
Yes, I forgot to come back with my results and close out the ticket. Thank you so much to the team for your help.
Update: I created a copy of my site on a different server and all of these issues went away. My hosting company has not fixed the issue and I will most likely end up moving my site permanently to a different hosting company. As far as your plugin, it works as expected and it was 100% caused by hosting company.
I appreciate everyone’s time and suggestions to help me resolve this!

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Apostrophe IssueThis issue was resolved in the next update v1.9.5 after updating. I never got a reply from the maker of this plugin after 11 days, which is terrible customer support but since I’m using the free version, I really can’t complain. I’m just glad the issue is fixed. Thanks Guys!
** Update **
I followed the steps here: https://yoast.com/help/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/#ftp to replace the existing files by overwriting them. Refreshed the Dashboard page and tried to process the index again. No luck, it still failed.Awaiting your input before moving on.
Thanks
Priscilla,
I’m having this same issue with 14.1 installed also.
I followed the steps you listed above by installing the plugin and resetting the indexables and migrations. I downloaded a fresh copy of 14.1 premium from my account and tried to install it over the existing version. It failed saying the folder already existed.
I don’t want to lose all of my Yoast data by deleting the plugin. Your instructions didn’t mention anything about deleting anything so I wanted to ask for advice instead of guessing. To summarize… 14.1 premium is installed and I can’t do the new indexing feature. It fails every time I have tried to start the process. What’s next?
Thanks!
