Ok, so I realized that I needed to create a Google Ads account to move forward. It solved the issue. I have access to the dashboard now !!
I am having the same issue as @erlingb. I cannot move to the dashboard screen and just stuck at ‘Your product listings are ready to be uploaded’ page.
Is there any other way to move to the next screen without setting up a paid campaign?
All my accounts are connected.
Website is claimed.
Everything else works as expected.

Thanks for the suggestion. I know it displays there but I want it underneath the title. I have hidden the Additional Information tab as it provides very little value.
