Nothing is coming up. They technically have two sites. The original live site is renschengineering.com but i was told to add /dir to the end of the domain name so I could build and play with a new site without effecting the original. So the site that is broken is renschengineering.com/dir which I created through installing wordpress on the web hosting hub account that we have. I may have created the site wrong but when I type in renschengineering.com/dir into whois.com nothing comes up. I think I bit off more than I can chew!
This will probably seem like a reallly dumb question but who would be the host website? The company I work for uses webhostinghub.com but when I go in the account on their page it doesn’t show that any domains are being hosted? I tried to download filezilla because I keep seeing that I need FTP but I didn’t understand how to connect them as I don’t know what info its asking for and I don’t know if i can connected them because the whole site is down. I feel like I’m just not understanding haha
