Aung KhineTo assign a existing user to newly created group , you need to go to word press main setting user page(not PG’s setting page).There you go to Group area drop down,
Command click or control click the group to assign the user to two groups( to assign to newly created group only you need to click on new group )

I will send the questions to your email.Actually, for your information, I solved the currency and value amount inside gift card, by forcibly keeping the check out currency to be the basic default one.

In reply to: [PW WooCommerce Gift Cards] Gift card’s currency typeanother issue is I created for 25 dollar gift card when I used it for once, the values in the gift card changed and became that of other currency set in my woo commerce setting. (say MMK) not USD any more.
I wonder why this happened?
If this value change happened with actual customer, it would become a shopping spree. 25 US dollars become 30000 US dollars.

I thought I saw a short code for customers to check the balance and now I could not find it any where.
Can you help me with that issue?
More over, how can I print out the physical gift card?
Hope that I could design the whole card as I wish including the numbers.
I forgot to uninstall the free plug in and installed and activated the pro plug in.

To add funds or top up, only admin can do the task ?
customer can check the balance and top it up?
Do you have barcode or QR code function ?For physical gift cards, you can send the file to card printer?

I know how to create digital product in core Woo Commerce but I cannot find the place in your core!
They just go missing after installing WC vendors and some other available extension.
I uninstalled them but the core has changed and cannot find the original downloadable creation areas any more!
That is the issue.
Please kindly help how to repair this.
No matter I uninstalled or deleted those extension plug in the changes and the settings for those extensions are left behind.
When I reinstalled those extensions, those changes are there and obviously they don’t get deleted when I deactivated and unistall them.
I even uninstall the core woo commerce and reinstall and tried to start from beginning but also in core Woo Commerce, settings and products I created before uninstallation are still there.
I think the issue is those extensions had blocked the downloadable product function permanently until I purchase the Pro version of their extension. ( I even contacted WC vendors and they said that I could only get downloadable function activated when I purchase Pro version. ) I am just testing them out and having a lot of trouble here.

AKWhen I installed, seemed like your WCFM blocked the original function of Woo commerce app. How can I reverse?
I noticed that i could deactivate, delete but WCFM made permanent changes that I could not delete or remove.
Please tell me how to uninstall WCFM completely so that I can regain the downloadable funtion in original woo commerce app !
