I have spoken with Woo themes and they have said it is not an issue with their theme it is a problem with wordpress. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I am having the exact same problem and whenever the question is asked (on several forums now!) it has gone unanswered.
A response would be greatly appreciated. Is there a direct way to contact the developers of the theme? They have not had any activity on their forum.
