I’ve got the same problem on http://www.styleandthecity.nl. All of my sidebars are MIA. I’ve also lost the option you refer in the screenshots as “screenshot-1.png The WordPress Widgets section is now packed with new features to create and manage your sidebars.”
edit: as done by commenters before me, i’ve installed an earlier version from: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/custom-sidebars/download/ (2.0.7) and this fixed the issue.

This error is still happening. Anyone found a fix ?
i fixed this by going to Redirect options end edit the “Make ALL Redirects this type:” to 301.
