hmmm, thanks for your time to looking into this. all quizzes has the exact same structure: 5-8 questions with multiple choice answers, one right on each. I already tried the re-creation method on my third quiz (that is the first in a row that has problem on the additional languages). I’ll try again to do some testing by recreating.

yes, I checked these suggestions without luck (I use WPML very frequently with many projects).
PS: Also i rechecked the course and module slugs and try to find something that is maybe just a typo.

thanks for the suggestions! the permalink reset didn’t helped, the issue remain the same. please note that all my quizzes are translated to every language. the problem only occurs on translated quizzes and not all of them. that is the strange part. I also checked the troubleshoot docs but is referring to polylang and I’m using wpml. didn’t find anything unusual but anyway I re-registered the modules to the course and the lessons to the modules again, issue not fixed.
Any other ideas?
